Specifications Total Solids 80.0 – 82.0% by weight Viscosity 8500 – 11500 (mpa.s) Brookfield Viscometer RVF No.4 @ 10rpm @ 20C Characteristics Specific Gravity Dry Film 1.98 (+/- 3%) Color Red / Grey Weight / Volume (Liquid Compound) 1.66 Elasticity of dry film 100% minimum Touch Dry 8 – 10 minutes. Drying Time To be specified by the manufacturer Dry Film feature Elastic & Spongy Anti-Rusting properties No rusting on substrate within 2 weeks of application. De wetting Property No de wetting of compound over Oiled CRCA MS substrate. Shelf life 12 months - 18 months Storage At room temperature which will vary between winter & summer (2oC to 50oC)
