PROVN OF 300 METER PERIMETER FENCE ALONGWITH WALL, PILLARS & IRON GRILLS ETC UNDER GE 864 EWS(JOB NO: W/EVI-07/BB CANTT/2024-25); 1 M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified 2 Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil, all as specified. 3 Returning, Filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm for soft/loose soil complete all as directed. 4 Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for Brick work with sub class B old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed 6 M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete below wall complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for rendering plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished, even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. 8 M&L for preparation of new plasted surface on wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkaline resistant primer, all as specified. 9 S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete (FE 410-S) including old unserviceable wooden gate complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and sımilar work; vertical or to batter to obtain fair finished surface complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in Charge 11 M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions to obtain fair finished surface complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in Charge 12 M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate (nominal mix) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; Plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in Charge. 13 M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate (nominal mix) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in Charge 14 M&L for mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 15 -Ditto- all as per Serial Item No 14 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, all as specified. 16 M&L for 20 mm thick jet black granite work table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs. pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1.6 complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M&L for 20 mm thick jet black granite work table rubbed and polished for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1.3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including 15 mm thick backing layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping,plinth band ,bed block including rounded or chamfered angle as directed including necessary formwork etc, all as specified.
