(f) General Cleaning the evaporator and condensing coils. Checking/ensuring for proper defrosting system of cold /cool room(g) General Lubrication ofthe bearings of motors, pumps and fans as and when required.(h)Inspection of nut bolts/washers, which includes adjusting the tension including replacement if required.(l) Replacing of the refrigerant as a result of leak arising from the system due to standard wear and tear.(m) Repairing/ replacing the components of the equipment at site or at workshop as required |

These items shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.(u) Any minor spares/ repairs items which are required to keep the plant in operational and arrester leakages in door by replacing wornout door selant/ door heater/hinges/locks etc are deemed to be included in scope. |
