| 1 | Charges for attending routine maintenance and breakdown maintenance ofvalves and pipelines, in Condenser, ACW pumps, TGDMCW pumps, SGDMCW pumps, OLTC pumps, flushing pumps, HP pumps & LP pumps, Priming pumps and dewatering pumps, minor maintenance ofgearbox in various sizes of valves to ACW ,SG & TG lines by greasing thewhile unit is in service, Dewatering of condenser pit and Maintain the pit level below the CEP suction line continuously by operating of dewatering pumps continuously or as when as required, Dewatering of trenches near SG, TG, ACW pump areas, Backwash of TG/SG PHE as and when required by operation wing,Assisting operation wing for backwashing of condenser priming as and when required, Assisting operating wing for changeover of OLTC pump, Flushing pump, Phosphate dosing, Ammonia and Hydrazine dosing pumps, Vent out the cooling water circuit continuously in every shift to avoid further leak develops in condenser water box, cooling water inlet and outlet pipe lines, Opening and closing of man hole doors in condenser and hotwell as and when required, Arresting of leaks in condenser water box, inlet and outlet pipe lines, SG/TG pipelines and ACW pipe lines by temporary method of wooden plugging, Attending the minor works in hoists for ACW pump house, SG,TGDMCW pump area, cleaning works in and around condenser area pipe lines & valves, hotwell, debris filter system, ACW pipe lines and Pump house area as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Including cost of consumables and T&P\"s charges. |
| 2 | Charges for Strengthening in condenser water box front and rear areas, CW inlet and outlet pipe lines, SG/TG DMCW pipe lines, PHE pipe lines and ACW sea water pipe lines by patch welding using MS plates in various sizes and welding in weaken portions. Including drawal of materials from stores, cutting the plates to required sizes, edge preparation, positioning and welding as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Including consumables and T&P\"s charges. |
