Supply Of Material Supply Of Material 500 Bedded Medical College Jhansi - Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: 3 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 4 Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. 5 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in COLUMN excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also inclduing supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost beingincluded in this item 6 RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in Slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and alsoinlcuding supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being inlcuded in the item. 7 Class-150 brick work in 1:6 cementand COARSE sandmortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour tools and plants, etc. Required for proper completetion of the work. 8 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in FOUNDATION excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also inclduing supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost beingincluded in this item 9 Class-150 HALF brick work in 1:4 cementand Coarse sandmortar in SUPER STRUCTURE including supply of all materials, labour tools and plants, etc. required for proper completetion of the work. 10 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.including suply and wastage & overlapping.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 11 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) 12 Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces 13 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 14 One Priming coat & one coat oil distemper on new work inlcuding supply of all materials. Labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work 15 Painting or varnishing or iron works in small areas with one coat of ready mixed in priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work paint to be used should confirm to the I.S.I. No. 103 1950 16 Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: - New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 Ltr./10 Sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/10 Sqm. 17 Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. 18 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.
