annual maintenance contract of preventive /routine/breakdown maintenance of C&I system/Equipments for Boiler, turbine and balance of plant installed at 2x300 MW, DCRTPP, HPGCL, Yamuna Nagar -- 1 PART A For smooth, execution of AMC for all C&I division works for Boiler Turbine & BOP of 300MW Unit-I & II, to carry out routine/breakdown Mtc the contractor shall deploy the adequate technical teams to carry out routine /breakdown Mtc as enlisted below during working hours or at odd hours, including holidays: 1. Round the clock Routine/Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance of 32 nos. HEA Ignitors,& Oil guns80 nos. Flame scanners. 120 nos. SADC’s, installed in Unit 1 & 2, ( on fortnightly basis as preventive Maintenance and in addition as per the Requirement).2.Cleaning of PKS/FSC/DEH/VMS Operator &Engineering Workstations (38 nos.), Server Stations with PC (6nos.), Auto Tube Leakage Detection Station (2nos.), Printers (24 Nos.) along with tables, Control Panels in the DCS room (approx. 200nos.), Annunciation Panels (6 nos.), Large Video Screens (4nos.LEDS) fortnightly basis and in additionas per requirement.3. Cleaning of panels installed at various sites (100nos.), Protection Boxes(380nos.) various junction boxes (Approx. 100 nos.) of Unit l &2 on fortnightly basis and in addition as per requirement..4. Round the clock Routine/Preventive/Breakdown maintenance of Pneumatic Actuators (Installed at various locations in the main plant & off sites) along with its accessories like Smart/ conventional Positioners, I IP converters, Air Filter Regulators, Air Lock Relays Solenoid valves, Copper/ SS tubing, Limit Switches, position feedback transmitter & I/P converters. Etc The total no of installed pneumatic actuators is approximately 400 nos. in Unit-1&2.5. Round the clock Routine /Preventive/Breakdown maintenance of Wall & APH Soot Blowers (250 nos.appox.) installed Unit 1&2 which also includes Electrical Control Panel & accessories. 6. Round the clock Routine/Preventive/Breakdown maintenance of Motorized Regulating Adjustable Actuators (approx. 200 nos) in Unit- 1 & 2.7. Round the clok Routine Cleaning of Oxygen analyser , SOX- NOX Analysers , CO Analysers& Opacity Monitorsinstalled at various sites of Unit-1 & 2.8. Round the clock Routine/Preventive/Breakdown maintenance of the equipments/system at different sites mentioned in Annexure-C at Sr. no. 20(i)9.Any other C&I maintenance work/job which is not mentioned above,but required for smooth running of unit shall be in the scope of contractor. 2 PART BRemoval & Installation of Pneumatic Actuators (Power Cylinder,newly installed DeNOx system etc including Transporation within Plant Premises. 3 Complete Servicing of Pneumatic Actuators (Diaphragm Operated or Power Cylinder or Solenoid operated. Or newly installed DeNOx system) 4 Calibrationof Pneumatic Damper/ Control Valve/ Motorized RegulatingActuator(including newly installed DeNOx system) 5 Removal & Installation of MotorizedRegulating & adjustable actuators Including transportation within plant Premises. 6 Complete Servicing of Motorized Regulating & adjustable Actuator 7 Calibration of RC Feeders including Opening/closing of side gates 8 Laying, testing & Termination of Cables Cable Size: 0.5X1 pair to 0.5X8 pair (mtr) 9 Laying, testing & Termination of Cables Cable Size: 0.5X9 pair to 0.5X16 pair (mtr) 10 Laying, testing & Termination of Cables Cable Size: 1.5X4 cores to 1.5 X16 core (mtr) 11 Laying, testing & Termination of Cables Cable Size: 1.5 X17 cores to 1.5 X24 core (mtr) 12 Laying, testing & Termination of Cables Cable Size: 2.5X4 core(mtr) 13 Dismantling & Proper reinstallation ofEquipments viz. Transmitters. Switches, Guages. Sensors, Vibration, Probes, Indicators, I/P Converter, Solenoid Valves Etc. including transportation 14 Calibration/Servicing of Equipment viz.Transmitters, Switches, Guages, Sensors,Vibration Probes, Indicator, I/P Converter, Smart Petitioners etc. including transportation. 15 Removal/Reinstallation of AnalyticalInstruments e.g. PH, Conductivity, Chlorine,Oxygen, Co, Opacity Sox-Nox Hydrastep Electrode, Camera, Sonic Probe etc. 16 Cleaning/Servicing of Pneumatic AccessoriesLike positioners, Air Lock Relay, Air FilterRegulator, Solenoid Valve, Position Feedback Transmitters etc. 17 Removal/Servicing/Reinstallation of Scanners/Ignitor 18 Cleaning of UPS Panel along with Connection tightening & contacts cleaning Of Battery bank terminals.(set) 19 Cleaning of Choked Scanner guide pipe 20 Removal, Servicing & Re installation Of Corner Valves. 21 Jointing of Fibre Optical cable 22 Fabrication of FTE cable/Crimping Communication port. 23 Cleaning/Flushing of Impulse lines including cutting if required) which also involves dismantling & normalizing the lines after flushing and arresting of leakages if any. 24 Arresting leakages from the fittings of the valve manifolds/level switches/Transmitters/flow switches, impulse Lines etc. 25 Repair/welding in the impulse lineThermo well stubs & joints in case Of leakages, replacing of drain/isolating/Manifold valves etc (HP lines) 26 Repair/Welding in the impulse line,Thermo well stubs & joints in case Of leakages, replanning of draing/isolating/manifold valves etc (LP lines) 27 Replacement of impulse lines by providing proper hangers/support.(mtr) 28 Any alteration, fabrication of structure, platform, canopies etc.(tonnes) 29 Cleaning of flow sensing elements (aerofoil) of PA flow measurement in the air duct. 30 Cleaning of CW flow/ secondary airflow sensing element (anubar) in CW duct/ secondary air duct resp. 31 Supply of skilled workforce 32 Supply of unskilled labour 33 Supply of IBR Certified high Pressure welder 34 Supply of Painter 35 Cable tray lying Up to 50mm(meter) 36 Cable tray lying From 100 to 200 mm 37 Cable tray lying 300 mm and above 38 Tasting and Replacement of Soot Blowers Motor 39 Testing and replacement of Soot BlowersRotary limit switches 40 Servicing/replacement of Soot Blowers Contactor assembly
