Rate as per DAR 2.6.1 3 Providing and layingin position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement, 4 coarse sand (zone-III),8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm Nominal Size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level as per PWD (SCH.)- 273 Ref. to DAR 4.1.8 4 Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class 150 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per DAR 6.1.1. 5 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well-graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification clause 401. 6 Providing Laying spreading and compaction stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification clause 405. 7 Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 80mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 (Exclusive G.S.B.) Ref. to MORD 1500(6.7) 8 Prime coat- Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 9 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1)using emulsiondistributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 10 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadamGrading-I with 120 TPH batch type HMP producing an avarage output of 75 tonne per hour using crused aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , layig with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and aligmnment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 505 complete in all respects. 11 Providing and layingbituminous concrete with 120TPH batch type hot mix plantproducing an avarage output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and aligmnment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 507 complete in all respects. 12 Providing and laying cement concrete in kerbs, steps and the like at or near ground level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone- III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Ref. to DAR 4.4.1 13 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone- III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm- All work up to plinth level.
