Tirupathur District - (Mgsmt) - Phase Ii 2025-2026 1 Work In Tirupathur Block Package No.29-- 1 Name of Work : Strengthening of road from Sandhappan Eri to Vediappan Koil Km 0/0 to 0/480 (R-338) at Tirupattur Block 2 Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp. 3 Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning 4 Providing and Laying Gravel to uniform thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller etc. complete. 5 Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. 6 Providing and laying of Prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it. 7 Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., 8 BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25 mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5 9 Provision of rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15-20 mm high at centre, 250 mm wide placed at 1 m centre-to-centre at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking paint. 10 Providing arid erecting Single sided Double Guard Metal Beam Crash Barrier System 1.7Om high, comprising of 3mm thick wall W beams posts and spacer channels shall be made by cold roll forming using HR conform to IS 5986 Fe 410/ 360 and dip galvanized having Zinc Mass of 550gms / sqm, minimum 95Omm above road/ ground level fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post l50x75x5mm spaced 2m center to center 312mm x 83mm flange width x 3mm thick, 4318mm long post directly embedded in the concrete (M15) pit size 350x350x800rnm for a depth of 750mm below ground. All fixing bolts and nuts hot dip galvanized conforming to IS: 1367 clause 4.60 all complete as per Technical Specification arid as directed by the Engineer-in-charge 11 Providing Retaining wall @ LHS Ch. 235-270m 12 Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay soil etc complete for open foundation as per SS 20 B 13 Collection and supply of River sand and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per standard specifications 14 Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing laying and compacting etc. complete 15 Supplying and errecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.20 m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel of size 0.90 cm x 60 cm and 10 guage stilfaned welded with mild steel angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak (c-word) joint of size 10 cm x 6.50 cm dia spaced about cnter to center and supported by casuarinas propels of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center etc., complete complying with std. specification and as directed for the following items 16 Cement Concrete 1:3:6 mix using 40mm HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing laying and compacting etc. complete 17 Supply and fixing of weep holes using 90mm PVC Pipes including cost of all site etc., 18 Providing filter media behind the abutments and wings with clean III graded material 53mm to 5.6mm to 600mm thick and well compacted in layers with smaller sized towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall including cost and conveyance to work site including all labours and other incidental charges including hire charges for tools and plants employed etc., for filter media as per MOSTs (Roads Wing) specifications for Roads and Bridges Fourth Revision Cl. 309-3-2-13 and 305 -4-4 etc., complete. 19 Provision for Hectameter stones 20 Provision for Sign Board 21 GST Amount for providing service to Government contract works for the above construction works. { GST amount is the Total GST amount for total overall quoted amount above this row in column BB for all works in this package}
