Tender For Renovation Of Existing Special Utity Arrangement At Iiest Shibpur Howrah- 1 Checking, dismantling and takenout of existing pump motor sets form its foundation part by part after disconnection of pipe line and power connection as per direction of EIC. 2 Supply and delivery at site pump motor sets having following specifications: 3 i) Head Range 0-17.9 mtr. 4 Discharge 0-500 LPM 5 Motor rating2.2 KW/3HP 6 Voltage Range - 220/240 ± 10% 7 Motor insulation class - F 8 Maximum suction lift - 3.50 mtr. with thermal overload protection for motor. Prefilter basket for pump suction pipe & pump projection, self priming features with mechanical seal etc. for smooth & quiet operation. 9 MOC of pump 10 Pump body - Glassfilled poly propylene 11 Pump shaft - S.S. 12 Impeller - Poly phenylene oxide 13 Difuser - Glass fitted propylene 14 Mechanical seal- Carbon Vs Ceramic 15 Fitting fixing of above supplied pumps as in item no.- 2 by supplying all necessary materials including modification of existing foundation if required all complete as per direction of EIC. 16 Replacement of filters media materials after dismantling and taken out of old meadia materials without any damage of filter vessels by providing skilled personnel and disposal of old filters meadia materials all complete as per direction of EIC. 17 Making chlorination arrangement by supplying 200 liter FRP conical type tank 6mm thickness make GP resin & vinyle ester resin tank with 0.25 HP motor 1440 RPM gear 960 rpm, FRP shapped with propelar (blade),½” Y stainer (pp),½” inlete outlet pipe line, 1” sludge outlet line, 100 ltr FRP settling tank etc. as required to complete the job as per direction of the EIC. 18 Cleaning of storage tank and pool by engaging skilled and unskilled personnel and washing cleaning of cloged pipe gallery with the help of compressor / High head jet pump as necessary with all accessories and ancilaries on hire basis for effecting out come of the arrangement all complete as per direction of EIC. 19 Repairing of existing motor starter panel as necessary with replacement of switch gear / indicating lamps / push button switch etc. as required as per direction of EIC. 20 Add: 18% GST 21 Add: 1% CESS
