Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Electric Overhead Traveling crane of Capacity 20T-AII with Leading Parameters of EOT Crane as per Schedule-I of Annexure- Specification appended with the tender. It also includes Spares as per schedule-IV & additional spares items viz. slings/ lifting tackles/wire rope etc. as specified in schedule-I and Maintenance tools as per Schedule V of Specification appended with tender. Cost of DSL & its installation and commissioning also included as per schedule-I of Specification appended with tender. All related erection material required for inspection and commissioning of crane and connecting up to electrical equipments with cable laying and fixing accessories shall be included in the cost of basic EOT crane. It shall also included Preventive Maintenance inclusive of spares, material and labor cost during 1st & 2nd year of Warranty Period as per Clause 16 of section V of specification appended with this tender. ]

A Set of Concomitant Accessories also includes as per para 4.2 of section IV (refer schedule-I) of specification appended with the tender. and any other accessory not defined in applicable annexure and treated as concomitant accessory/any other items of spares not defined in applicable annexure and considered essential by the tenderer for two years normal maintenance, to cover the complete range of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical equipment. Bidders are required to attach the price break up of these accessories in PDF file along with submitted bid.
