not more than 15cm thick complying with standard specification.and as directed by the departmental offficers including cost of material, labour and conveyance complete etc. 4 Cement Concrete RCC 1:2: 4 (One Cement, four Sand,and four aggregateI using 20mm, guage hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and basement includingdewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick complying with standard specification.and as directed by the departmental offficers including cost of material, labour and conveyance complete etc. 5 Supply and fixing the steel rainforcement including all charges inclding cost of material , labour and conveyance complete etc. 6 Supplying and Fixing of centuring and shuttering works scaffolding arrangements, labour charges etc. as per standard specification.inclding cost of material , labour and conveyance complete etc. 7 Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:6 using b(one cement and six sand) using best quality country bricks of size 22x11x7cm (83/4x41/4x23/4) for the following including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification .(Masonry projection wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without any extra cost) and as directed by the departmental officers.including cost of material,labour and conveyance complete etc.. 8 Special celling plastering and finished the exposed of RCCsurface of all RCC of work sud at slabe, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy siab, staircase waist slab, including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for landing slab etc. with Cement/Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking and providing necessary cement mortar nosing ,beading etc., wherever neceesary and as directed aith the cement mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed byt the departmental officers ainclding cost of material , labour and conveyance complete etc. 9 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.including cost of material,labour and conveyance complete etc.. 12 Supplying fabrication of steels and placing in position steel reinforcement using mild steel or ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works as per the the design given including cost of steel and blinding wire shall be supplied by the contractorcomplying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.including cost of material,labour and conveyance complete etc.. 13 Supplying and ercting centering for sides and soffits including necessary suppors and strutting upto 3.29M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild steel of size 90x60 cm and 10 GB stiffened with welded Mils steel angle of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oal joists of size 10cmx6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at not more than 75cm cetre etc.. complying with standard specification (Payment for centuring shall begiven after the concrete is laid and as directed by the departmental officers.including cost of material,labour and conveyance complete etc.. 14 Special celling plastering and finished the exposed of RCCsurface of all RCC of work sud at slabe, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy siab, staircase specification given below Fibre glass reinforced polumer FRP door frames of hollow type with FRP wall thickness of 3mm cplour pigment and using good quality of fibre glass with mat resin at 1:2 ratio with the cross section of frames 100x60mm and flush shutter of colour pigment and using good quality fibre glass mat resign at 1;2 ration by weight and overall thickness of shutter 30mmthickness with the core filling either with agro based materials or with Fibre Proof Frame and with good guality seasoned and heater hard wood cleats proposed at wherever necessary to fix fniture etc.a inclding cost of material , labour and conveyance complete 18 Finishing the open terrace in pressed tiles 9x9 using weather proot tiles cemetnmortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand)20mm thick laid in site and pointing with the same coloured cement (white cement mixed with colouring pigment)neatly and fixed in position so as to make it perfectly smooth and shining to the alignment etc..complete complying with standard specification and as directed byt the departmental officers a inclding cost of material , labour and conveyance complete etc. 19 Paving the flooring with ceramic tiles 2x2 laid Cm 1:5 it complete etc. 20 Supplying and painting the white washing over a one coat of wall area includingcost for shell lime cleaning and scrapping the walls , rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty,brushes,scaffolding arranfements,labour charges etc..as per standared specifications (The colour ans shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the executive Engineer before use of work)a inclding cost of material , labour and conveyance complete etc. 21 Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of exterior emulsion over one coat of cement primer asinstructed by the departental officers including preparation of surface curing etc..Complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (the colour and shade of the cement paint shall be got approved Executive Engineer before use of work) inclding cost of material , labour and conveyance complete etc. 22 Enamel painting new wood work with two finishing coat of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality
