M/O Rsp (Beautification Of Butterfly Area Of Sector-18, Underpass) .Noida.; 1 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners,connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 2 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 3 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) 4 Providing wall putty in new surface with approved quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats 5 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) 6 Scope of workDesigning., supply and fixing of special artistic Wall Mural made of 3 layers of 2mm Galvanized sheet cut into desired shape and size using CNC technology in order to form the required selected design as approved by the officer in charge. The metal sheets to be powder coated in desired color to protect from all kinds of wear-tear and other damages rusting etc. The unit design and its cost consist of LED lights withfitting and installation on site. The Cost Includes: Material Cutting & Finishing Packing and dispatch Necessary lightings & Fittings Fixing tools Manpower for installation. The Cost Excludes: GST Extra as applicable, Any Repair to get basic structure ready for installation along with painting of wall, on site scaffolding, electricity for Civil work. 7 Hiring of Welding Set Running Time @ 6 Hrs 8 Hire charge of Generator/DG Set 50KVA
