Tender For Block - Construction Of Cc Road From Main Marg To Primary Health Center Kachnarava And Construction Of Boundary Wall - Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches. 2 Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form- work in foundation and floors. 3 Coursed rubble massonary (second sort) with hard stone in foundation & plinth with : cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement:6 course sand) DSR 7.7.1 4 Construction of granular sub-base by providingready mix material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surfaceand compacted with 80-100 KN Smooth wheel static rollar to achieve the desired density at OMCcomplete as per Technical specification Clause 401. (GSB) 5 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53mm to 22.4mm sizes (Crusher broken) to water bound macadam (WBM III) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.(WBM III) 6 Cement Concrete Pavement: Construction of un-reinforceced , expansion and consruction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design ,over a prepaired sub base withh 43 grade cement or any other type as per clouse 1501 .2.2. Upto plinth level 12 As in item above but in R.C.C. columns (Using1:1.5:3Mix concrete) having strength not less than M-20. Above plinth level 13 M-150 brick work in 1:6 (one cement and six coarse sand of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in super-structure above plinth level up to floor two level ( up to two storeys ) includingnecessarycutting and moulding of brick work asrequiredand also including honeycombed brick work in thickness of wall more than 12cms. (1:6 cement : coarse sand) 14 P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level. 15 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 16 12 mm cement plaster in single coat on inner side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. (1) 1 cement : 6 course sand of 2.25 F.M. 17 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm). 18 Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers. 19 Columns,Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts. 20 Mild steel or iron work of small sizes and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fast tierods,gratings etc. (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required from including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts, nuts if required for and welding, grinding and making holes as required completion of work fabrication of holes doors, chaukhats nosing. 21 Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift. 22 S/f of sign board i.e all complete 23 AFTER DEDUCTION COMPETITIVE PRICE EFFICENTY (5%) 24 ( Rates in BOQ are exclusive of G.S.T.
