    External, Internal Cleaning Of 3 Boilers - External and internal cleaning of all three boilers2 (a) Clean the ash and clinker deposited on all the tubes, super heater coil and side wall, roof and air heater tubes and economizer tubes etc. of boiler no. 1, 2 and 3 and dump it at the specified place. (b) Clean all the tubes, super heater coil etc. of boiler no. 1, 2 and 3 thoroughly by rubbing them with emery paper and coconut rope. (c) Clean the ash accumulated in both the chimneys thoroughly during the season.3 Clean all the tubes of boiler no. 1, 2 and 3 thoroughly and get them checked internally by using cutter and brush. 4 Remove and clean all the tubes of economizer of boiler no. 1 and 2 and after doing its hydraulic testing at 400 PSI, fit it in its place and give leak proof trial.5 Brush and do internal cleaning of air heater tubes of boiler no. 1 and 2. Number of tubes 396 per boiler = 396X2 = 792 pieces6 Brush and do internal cleaning of air heater tubes of boiler no. 3 and put the ash at the specified place. Number of tubes 720 pieces
