| 2 | Shifting and Transportation ofthe above dismantled Package type precision AC unit , both indoor and out door unitalong with its accessories like refrigerant pipe, supports, condensor platform, cables, trays etc from Second floor of Central Telephone Exchange, TVM toTE Attingal i/c loading from the respective locations, unloading at TE Attingal, shifting of indoor units and accessories toTXN Room in Third floor,shiftingand positioning of the Outdoor Unit and condensor platform to the designated area in third floor, withoutmaking damages to the unit/ buildingetc as required. Note: The job includes arranging necessary scafoldings / chain block arrangements, tools etc as required for shifting and positioning of the Indoor /Outdoor Units and nothing extra will be paid on this account |
| 3 | Servicing of the existing 7 TR Package AC (Precision) units including cleaning of Fine and Coarse filters of the indoor unit, water cleaning of condensor unit, through cleaning of the indoor and outdoor units, lubrication of bearings of evaporator, condensor fan etc complete as required. (Except supply of consummables like cleaning agents and grease, supply of spares not included in the scope of this item) |
| 4 | Installation , testing and commissioning of microprocessor controlled 7 TR High precision package AC units complete with indoor and outdoor unit with all components and controls etc.fixing the indoor unit on the existing MS Stand i/c modifying and fixing the existing MS stand, if required, P/F anti vibration pads, installing the shifted outdoor platform, installation of outdoor unit on the platform, i/c Pressure testing, vaccumising, purging etc as per standards, checking the units for all functional parameters, checking of refrigerant lines and cable connections , satisfactory testing of the unit etc as required ( Note 1:- Each 7 TR Unit is having one indoor unit with two compressors of 3.5 TR and one single circuit Outdoor unitwith three fans) |
| 5 | Supplying and fixing of copper refrigerant piping of minimum 18 G thick and suitable diameter as per industry standards and manufacturer\"s recommendations for the Precision PAC unit for hot gas and liquid lines of a single circuit, with all accessories and including cutting, jointing, brazing etc.in existing MS perforated trayi/c insulating the refrigerant lines inside the AC area with suitable fire retardant polythene foam etc complete as required as per specifications attached .(Measurement shall be taken on linear basis for hot gas and liquid linetogether of a single circuit) |
