Tender For Special Repair To Road At Mendhar Under Ge 881 Ews; 1 Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces, depth exceeding 50mm deep and not exceeding 100 mm deepand area not exceeding 400 sqm, stacking the serviceable material at site and removing the surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specifiedand directed. 2 Repair to pot holes any depth not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal watering & well ramming, complete all as specified and directed. 3 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using Limestone, sand stone, Flint or Quartzite spread and rolled with 10 to 12 tonnes power roller, each layer will be consolidated separately and to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified. 4 Preparing water bound macadom surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc., applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumenat 10 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M & L forapplying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumenat 05 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface, laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% bitumen binder content by weight of total mix using 20mm crushed stone aggregate, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne vibrator power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be mixed in automatic temperature controlled hot mixing plant, transported and premix carpet shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller. 6 Providing premix bituminous macadam ( VG-30)(consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported andshall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller. 7 Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc., applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumenat 5 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface, laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% bitumen binder content by weight of total mix using 20mm crushed stone aggregate, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne vibrator power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be mixed in automatic temperature controlled hot mixing plant, transported and premix carpet shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller. 8 Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering and consolidated to req gradient complete all as specified and directed. 9 Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un-reinforced, complete all as specified. 10 100 mm thick PCC 1:5:10 (nominal mix), type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, mass concrete and sub base, complete all as specified & directed. 11 PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix), type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of interlocking tiles, complete all as specified & directed. 12 Machine pressed precast Concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 garde , with using grey cement and pigment over and including 50 mm thick crusher dust cousion complete all as specified and directed. 13 Supply and fixed in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Make: 3M, SHAKTI, DARKEYE. 14 Solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified anddirected. Make: 3M, SHAKTI, DARKEYE. 15 Metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. Make: 3M, SHAKTI, DARKEYE. 16 M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and making 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc, and the like not less than 10cm width/girth on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with specifal applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other forein matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified and directed. 17 Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 18 of tender doucments.
