    Tender For Awarding Contract For Hiring Of 01 No. Additional Vehicle Capacity 01 Ton Pick-Up/Utility Vehicle For Attending Ht/Lt Maintenance, Foc Work, D.O. Tmc Works & Revenue Realization Work I.E. Rc/Dc Work Under The Jurisdiction Of Ee City Dn. West, Cspdcl Raipur For 01 Numbers Foc:- Changorabhata, Raipur For Continues 24 Hrs. 03 Shifts Round The Clock 8 Hours To 16 Hours, 16 Hours To 24 Hours And 0 Hours To 8 Hours Alongwith 02 Extra Drivers, As Per Terms & Conditions Enclosed. Each Shift consisting of 01 driver, vehicle should be commercial tax paid vehicle capacity 01 ton pick-up/ utility vehicle alongwith ladder not below than TATA ACE. Reliever for driver in each shift will be provided by the contractor. All running expenditure of vehicle will be borne by contractor. Mobile charges will also be borne by the contractor. The contract work will be as per guidelines of CSPDCL. The ladder pick-up 01 ton vehicle is not older than 02 years having total run not exceeding 75000 km. will be hired for a period of 02 years. Normally the period of contract will be Two year on the monthly rate basis. The CSPDCL reserves the right to extend the term of contract period for further 01 years at the same rate, terms & condition on mutual understanding between CSPDCL & contractor. GST will be paid Extra on production of actual documentary evidence Tentative Contract value will be Rs. 16,73,760/- aprox excluding GST
