    Tender For Raising Of Manholes Covers In Chathavattom-Mathumoola Road Changanaserry Raising of Cast Iron manhole cover with frame of internal dia 580mm to keep in alignment with the new road surface consisting of following operations: I) Dismantling the bituminous road surface around manhole neck side walls for the required size and removal of debris within 50m lead. II) Dismantle manhole neck made of RCC wall of internal diameter 580mm and width 200mm upto the required depth for removal of frame and CI cover. III) Keep the dismantled frame with CI cover in position and in alignment to the new road level including placing centering SCHEDULE Raising of manholes covers in Chathavattom-Mathumoola Road Changanaserry Quantity and shutterind on sides and bottom of walls. IV) Laying reinforced cement concrete of mix 1:1:2(1cement:1 coarse sand:2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in side wall and bottom portion of the slab for fixing the outer frame, after providing necessary reinforcement at required lap length as directed by Engineer-in-charge. V) Plastering the inside, out side of the neck, bottom slab portion etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 fine sand) and refix the manhole cover.
