REPAIRING & ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF PRINTERS, SCANNERS, CARTRIDGE REFILLING, PAPER RIM, SOFTWARE OF ALL PRINTERS AND OTHER RELATED WORKS INSTALLED UNDER EUDD-V NOIDA OFFICE, EUDSD-III, VIII & IX NOIDA OFFICE FOR THE PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS AS PER FOLLOWING:-Note :- Any payment shall not be paid extra by the department against any parts of AMC items in contract period.

Annual and emergency maintenance of all type of printers including replacement all parts and labour charges etc.

Annual and emergency maintenance of all type of All in one printer cum scanner including replacement all parts and labour charges etc.

Providing all type of printers parts like Fuser, Formatter card, Power Card, Sensors etc as required during AMC period.

Annual and emergency maintenance of all type of printers cartridge refilling including Drum, Blade, Magnet, PCR Chip etc. and Riffling of Cartridge in toner as and when required during the complete AMC.

Providing all type cable related printer and internet.

Providing all type of new printer cartridge as per requirement.

Providing all type of computer equipments like RAM, Keyboard, Mouse, Wifi Dongle etc.

Providing of Paper Rim size A-4 (White colour) of best quality as per ISO for daily office use.
