NO(WBS):C-25-SMP02-105 - Item Details : Scope of Work – Vendor • Study of existing EDAS system and its network connectivity with Level 1 Process PLCs. • Detailed engineering, selection of hardware and software, compatibility check with existing Level 1 system. • Convert existing EDAS System Version 6 to EDAS System V8.0 or latest software with tags and graphics. • Supply, installation, and configuration of iba hardware and software as per attached technical specifications. • Vendor to submit full BOQ of hardware and software specifications in the Technical Offer. • Vendor to submit full BOQ of hardware and software specifications for approval of AMNS after receipt of PO. • Hardware specification and software functionality testing at vendor site as per AMNS requirements. • Dispatch clearance shall be given only after inspection as stated above at vendor site. • Onsite commissioning and integration without interrupting process operations. • The supplier shall guarantee satisfactory performance of equipment / system. The warrantee shall cover faulty design/ material / workmanship. All rectifications or replacement under the warrantee shall be done by the supplier free of cost. • The supplier shall warrantee for satisfactory performance of the facilities for a period of 18 months from the date of receipt at site by the purchaser or 12 months from the date of commissioning whichever is earlier. • Lodging, boarding, travelling and local conveyance in Vendor’s scope. • Vendor to adhere AMNS HSE policies during site visit, installation, and commissioning. AM/NS India Scope • Work permit • Erection and installation support. • All the field network cable and connectivity with existing process units. • Provision of downtime considering process requirements.
