Withdrawing of Pumping machinery from old damaged tube well and installation of the same to the replacement tube well for Amarun (Z-1) PH-2 water supply schemes under Central Mechanical Division P.H.E. Dte.- 1 Hiring charges of derrick set for withdrawing of pumping machinery from old tubewell as per direction of EIC. 2 Withdrawing of 10 HP oldpump-motor setby hired derick arrangement after disconnection of all electircal and pipe line connection completeas per direction of EIC. 3 Supply & delivery of thefollowing materials. 4 3 mtr long 80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG. 5 1.5 mtr long 80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG. 6 1.1 KV grade 4 sq.mm x 3 Core water proof flat submersible cable for above motor. 7 Heavy type 250mm dia split type tube well cover with 12 mm thick clamping arrangement including holes of column pipe, air pipe and cable entry with 2 sets heavy type suspension clump, nuts, bolts and washer as per departmental design. 8 Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size or MS angle busket and nylon rope of required length includingsupplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials. 9 80mm dia. CI Top & bottom adopter 10 80mm dia. Non-rising spindle sluice valve (PN-1.0 rating) as per IS14846 for wash out and delivry line, Make: IVI/Jupiter/Cair/approved make. MOC & TC needed for valve. 11 80mm dia. N.R.V (PN-1.0 rating) as per IS5312, Make: IVI/Jupiter/Cair/approved make. MOC & TC needed for valve. 12 CIDF 90°bend-1no., CI flanged tee-1no. blank flange-1no., CI/ MS flanged short piece 0.50 mtr.-1no, CI/ MS flanged pipe 1 mtr. -1 no. et cas required (as per IS specification and certification registered) for construction of delivery pipe line and wash out line. 13 Heavy type suitable dia. MS suspension clamp along with nuts bolts and washers . 14 Supply and Delivery of 16 mm², 1.1 KV grade. 4 core Al Armoured XLPE conform to IS 1554/7098(part-I) 1998 (Make : Gloster /HAVELLS /MESCAB/ CURRENCY/POLYCAB/ CRYSTAL/ Approved Make) 15 Making suitable foundation for kiosk boxof 2.5 x10x50/Suitable with supplying of necessary cement, sand and stone chips includingplastering and net cement finish complete. 16 Suitable kiox box for cable connection of submersible pump motor set with Degree of protection IP 65 including suitable legs and 6 Nos. Al. Bus bar for 32 Amps and all necessary earthing arrangement and insulator as per direction of EIC. 17 Laying of two cables upto 35 sqmm in an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal), the trench size : 680 mm x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of each cable 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 (four) Nos. bricks per Mtr. as separator between the bricks and cables and also trench to be filled up with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed. 18 Installation of pump motor valves and specialsincluding supply of cable gland, sockets and power line connection to the existing Panel, etc as required to complete the job as per direction andand all connection with supply necessary materials, cable etc to complete the work. 19 Making brick pillar supporting pipe line (10 x10x 4ft/ Suitable height) by first class brick work with plaster & net cement punning complete including earth cutting, supply necessary materials, ramming as per direction of EIC. 20 Making of tubewell foundation (size- 3x 3x 3.5 approx) as per site situation including supply of necessary materials as bricks, sand, cement, stone chips etc. with plastering & neat cement finishing to complete as per direction. 21 Add GST @ 18% 22 Add Cess @ 1%
