Installation of dept. supplied Pump motor set at Replacement Tube well at Noapara PH -1 water supply scheme under CMD P.H.E. Dte.- 1 Carrying charges for carrying 12.5 HP pump motor set from PHE office (purto Bhavan) to Noapara PH-1 water supply scheme including loading & unloaidng complete as per direction of E.I.C. 2 Supply & delivery of thefollowing materials. 3 1.1 KV grade 4 sq.mm x 3 Core water proof flat submersible cable for above motor. 4 3 mtr long 80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG. 5 1.5 mtr long 80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG. 6 80mm dia. CI Top & bottom adopter 7 3 dia. X 5 ft long M.S. (7.1 mm Thick) Column pipe having both side 11 TPI Thread and Socket. 8 Heavy type suitable dia. MS suspension clamp along with nuts bolts and washers . 9 Ø80 mm CIDF single door swing Non Return Valve (IS: 5312, Part-I) with PN1.0 Pressure Rating, (Make:- IVI / UPADHYA / KIRLOSKAR/Durga/ Jupiter /CAIR /MAGNET/Approved Make) 10 CIDF 90°bend-1no., CI flanged tee-1no. blank flange-1no., CI/ MS flanged short piece 0.50 mtr.-1no, CI/ MS flanged pipe 1 mtr. -1 no. et cas required (as per IS specification and certification registered) for construction of delivery pipe line and wash out line. 11 Heavy type 250mm dia split type tube well cover with 12 mm thick clamping arrangement including holes of column pipe, air pipe and cable entry with 2 sets heavy type suspension clump, nuts, bolts and washer as per departmental design. 12 Incresseing the existing tube well Casing height up to a standard level as per direction of EIC. 13 i)For Dia of 250mm. 14 Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size or MS angle busket and nylon rope of required length includingsupplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials. 15 Supply & Making necessary GI Medium pipe (dia of pipe not less than 32mm)protection for submersible cable including supply of all specials and complete the job. 16 Installation of above pump motor,valves and specialsincluding supply of cable gland, sockets and power line connection to the existing Panel, etc as required to complete the job as per direction andand all connection with supply necessary materials, cable etc to complete the work. 17 Making brick pillar supporting pipe line (10 x10x 4ft/ Suitable height) by first class brick work with plaster & net cement punning complete including earth cutting, supply necessary materials, ramming as per direction of EIC. 18 Making of tubewell foundation (size- 3x 3x 3.5 approx) as per site situation including supply of necessary materials as bricks, sand, cement, stone chips etc. with plastering & neat cement finishing to complete as per direction. 19 Add GST @ 18% 20 Add Cess @ 1%
