Capacity and the prime mover to be coupled with pump of 0.5 H.P. 3 Phase, 1450 RPM squirrel cage TEFC induciton motor, Motor will be IE2/IE3 (Make of Machine : Swelore/Any other approved, Make of Motor : ABB / CGL /KEC / Any other approved make) 21 Installtion and commissioning of above supplied chlorinator with all accessories, PVC tank and drawing of power line as per IE rules by supplying of necessary wire and continuous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary CC foundation [at least 200mm height] with concrete mixture [sand, cement, stone chips] and neat cement finish by supplyig of all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC [power will be feed from PLC Panel of pumping machinery] 22 BMCH PH-4 23 Filling in foundation of plinth by silver sand in layer not exceeding 75mm as directed and consolidating the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand.(payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)by fine sand. 24 Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement morter (1:6)a) In foundation and plinth . 25 Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant I.S. codesa) Pukur Variety. 26 Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick on floor etc.Note:-Cement 0.152 cu.m per 100 sq .m. 27 Supply and fitting fixing of 45 watt. LED light fixture set[Make: Philips (Type- BRP)/ Havells/ PHED approved make] with 40 mm dia x 2.5 mtr. long G.I pipe bracket fixed on the roof of the pump house with M.S clamp properly grouting including making power connection with supply & drawing 2.5 sq. mm FR grade flexible copper wire through PVC casing/conduit with drawing earth conductor (1.0 sq mm copper flexible wire), S&F of 15 amp switch with pvc board including electrical connection & testing complete as per direction of EIC. 28 Add GST @ 18% 29 Add Cess @ 1%
