(7.1 mm Thick) Column pipe having both side 11 TPI Thread and Socket. 8 4 sq. mm. 3 core copper 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated water proof flat submersible cable.(Make : Finolex/ Gloster/ Mescab/ Currency/ Netco/ Polycab/ Approved Make) 9 Heavy type suitable dia M.S. suspension clamp for above column pipe along with nuts, bolts and washers etc 10 Split type M.S. fabricated tube well cover for 300 mm dia. tube well housing pipe with necessary fitting arrangement along with of column pipe, Air pipe, rope of anti snapping device & cable entry gland etc. 11 Pressure gauge 102 mm. dia and 7 kg. /cm2 range, brass cocks and fitting complete. Nipple, Flange, Nuts, Bolts etc 20 32 mm dia uPVC Pipe (Sch-40) (Make- Ashirvad/ Oriplast/ Supreme/ apprvd make) 21 32 mm dia uPVC Union (Make- Ashirvad/ Oriplast/ Supreme/ apprvd make) 22 32 mm dia uPVC Elbow (Make- Ashirvad/ Oriplast/ Supreme /apprvd make) 23 32 mm dia uPVC Coupler (Make- Ashirvad/ Oriplast/ Supreme /apprvd make) 24 Installation of departmental supply 12.5 HP pump motor set with new column pipes, valves, CIDF, specials etc. for making delivery & washout pipe line and power line connection complete the jobsincluding supply of cable gland, sockets as required for the work as per direction of EIC. 25 Making brick pillar (size- 0.25 x 0.25 x 1 Mtr/Suitable hight) for supporting of valves and pipes with plaster & neat cement finish as per direction of EIC. 26 Making of tubewell foundation (size- 3x 3x 3.5 approx) as per site situation including supply of necessary materials as bricks, sand, cement, stone chips etc. with plastering & neat cement finishing to complete as per direction. 27 Supply & delivery of outdoor type Kiosk box (Size: 15x 9x 24) with suitable gauge M.S. sheet along with hinged type front door with locking arrangement including M.S leg angle frame covered consisting 6 way Aluminium busbar 100 amp. fixed on a Porcelain material and grouting its legs in rick piller. 28 Installation of above supply Kiosk bok (item no.-7) and making brick foundation (Size: 24x 10x 30) with supplying bricks, sand, cement etc including plastering and neat cement & making electrical connection complete as per direction EIC 29 Earthing of kiosk Box by spike earhing (20mm X 2 mtr.) with drawing 8 SWG GI wire as per IE rule. 30 Supply & delivery of following materials - 31 25 sq. mm.1.1 KV grade. 3.5 core Al Armoured XLPE cable conform to IS 1554/7098(part-I) 1998(Make : Gloster/ Havells/ Mescab/ Currency/ Polycab/ Crystal/ Approved Make) 32 Indoor type wall fitted busbar box (Size: 12x 8x 15) with suitable gauge M.S. sheet along with hinged type front door with locking arrangement covered and consisting 6 way Aluminium busbar 100 amp. fixed on a Porcelain material 33 100 Amp. 440 V, 50 Hz. TPN Main switch with rewireable type porcelein fuse unit (Make: Havells/ Standard/ PHED approved) 34 Star-delta submersible pump starter with 3-position selection (with auto switch) with MCB (short circuit protection), 25Amp. contactor & overload relay range: 13-20 Amp. [Make : BCH (Model- Citation)/ PHED approved ] (for P.H No.- I) 35 Laying of two nos 25 sq.mm. PVC Al. Ar. cable in underground trenche 460mm. wide X 760mm. average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 4 (four) nos. bricks per mtr, including filling the space between the brick & cable & also the trench with shifted soil, levelling up & restoring surface duly rammed from pump house to kiosk box 36 Fitting & fixing of indoor type busbar box, main switch, starter (item no-9) at inside the pump house wall and F&F of 25 sq.mm. PVC Al. Ar. Cable through pump house wall including supply of sockets for clamping and making electrical connection, testing complete of entire installation. 37 Add GST @ 18% 38 Add Cess @ 1%
