(Make- Ashirbad/ Oriplast) 3 i)3 mtr. long. 4 ii) 1.5 mtr. long 5 iii) 80 mm dia top & bottom adaptor 6 100 mm x 80 mm dia GI reducer 7 Supply and delivery at site Heavy type suitable dia M.S. suspension clamp for above column pipe along with nuts, bolts and washers etc. 8 Supply and delivery at site 80 mm. dia CIDF sluice valve- 1 No., 80mm non return valve (swing type - 1 no.) PN - 1.0,80mm MS heavy flange - 1 no., CIDF Bend 90o - 1 no., CIDF / MS (Heavy) short piece as required length, 80mm CIDF Tee - 1 no., reducer, nut bolt and other CI / MS specials etc. as required as per I.S. specification and other required materials for the job i.e. for making complete construction of delivery and wash out line (Make valve : I.V.I / I.V.C/ Kirloskar /Upadhya/ Jupitor Engg. (Test certificate for valve should be submitted at the time of delivery). 9 Supply and delivery at site split type M.S. fabricated suitable tubewell cover for the tubewell housing with necessary clamping arrangement including holes for column pipe, Air pipe and cable entry etc. 10 Supply and delivery at site Depth gauge (Make : H. Guru) 102 mm dia. with steel airbreak pipe required length with all other fittings and accessories for the work including supplying on the good quality hand pump of approve make 11 Supply and delivery at site Pressure gauge 102 mm. dia and 7 kg. /cm2 range, brass cocks and fitting complete(H.Guru) 12 Supply and delivery at site 6 sq. mm. 3 core copper 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated water proof flat submersible cable.(Make : Finolex / Netco/ Mescab/Crystal) 13 Making safety device for above pump by supplying 3 nos. suitable size MS clamp/ MS Cage and 1 dia nylon rope of required length including supplying nuts, bolts, and other materials as per direction. 14 Supply and delivery of 80 mm dia CIDF sluice valve (PN-1.0) with flange ends drilled as per relavant I.S. (Make : IVI / IVC / Hazra / Upadhya/ Jupitor Engg co.) 15 Supply and delivery of Fully automatic star-delta starter 13-20Awith overload relay & S/C protection protection (Make : L&T (MUG 20) / BCH CITATION P20) 16 Supply & delivery of 35 sq. mm. 3 1/2 core PVC insulatedAl. armoured cable (1.1 KV grade), IS 1554 (Part - I) / IS 7098 (Part-I) Make : INCAB /Gloster / NICCO / Polycab / Crystal. 17 Supply & delivery of 16 sq. mm.4 core PVC insulatedAl. armoured cable, Make : INCAB /Gloster / NICCO / Polycab / Crystal. 18 Laying of two cables upto 35 sqmm in an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal), the trench size : 680 mm x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of each cable 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 (four) Nos. bricks per Mtr. as separator between the bricks and cables and also trench to be filled up with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed 19 Supply & delivery of 100 amp. 440 V, 50 Hz. TPN Main switch with rewireable type fuse link (Make: Havells / Standard) 20 PART-BInstallation of pumping machinery with valves, pipe & pipe specials, sort piece, presurre gauge including hoisting of column pipe making all electrical and water line interconnection complete as per direction including supply of necessary materials as required for the work. 21 Making of tubewell foundation (size- 3x 3x 3.5 approx) as per site situation including supply of necessary materials as bricks, sand, cement, stone chips etc. with plastering & neat cement finishing to complete as per direction. 22 Add: 18% GST 23 Add: 1% CESS
