Supply Delivery And Installation Of Submersible Pumping Machinery And Other Electrical Mechanical Equipments Etc Including Allied Works For Cnci Water Supply Scheme District Kolkata Under Electrical Division Phe Dte Electro Mechanical Works- 1 Supply and delivery at site submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with wet winding type submersible motor having the following specification pump. 2 Duty Condition : 40 m3 /hr. 3 Head : 30 mtr. 4 Motor : Submersible type 3 Ph. 50 Hz. 415V + 10%, DOL 5 Impeller : GM / SS 6 Motor winding : Wet Type. 7 Pump outlet -65 / 75 / 100 mm. 8 Size of tubewell : 250 mm. x 150 mm. 9 Make : KSB/ Texmo / PLUGA / BG. 10 (Test certificate, warranty certificate along with characteristic curve should be submitted at the time of delivery.) 11 uPVC 80 mm dia column pipewith both side square threaded (8 TPI)with one socket and O ring biax technology with wiring lock system non corrosive,high tensile having ISO 9001 standard.(Make- Ashirbad/ Oriplast) 12 a) 3 mtr. long. 13 b) 1.5 mtr. long 14 80 mm dia top & bottom adaptor 15 2.5 sq. mm. 3 core copper 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated water proof flat submersible cable.(Make : Finolex / Netco/ Mescab/Crystal) 16 Making safety device for above pump by supplying 3 nos. suitable size MS clamp/ 1 no. MS Cage and 1 dia nylon rope of required length including supplying nuts, bolts, and other materials as per direction. 17 Supply and delivery at site Heavy type suitable dia M.S. suspension clamp for above column pipe along with nuts, bolts and washers etc. 18 Supply and delivery at site split type M.S. fabricated suitable tubewell cover for the tubewell housing with necessary clamping arrangement including holes for column pipe, Air pipe and cable entry etc. 19 Supply and delivery of following at site 20 Pressure gauge 102 mm. dia and 7 kg. /cm2 range, brass cocks and fitting complete(H.Guru) 21 80 mm. dia sluice valve (PN - 1.0) (IS : 14846) (make : valve I.V.I / I.V.C/ Kirloskar /Upadhya) as per relavant I.S. (Test certificate for valve should be submitted at the time of delivery). 22 80 mm. dia non return valve (swing type - 1 no.) PN - 1.0 (make : valve I.V.I / I.V.C/ Kirloskar /Upadhya) as per relavant I.S. (Test certificate for valve should be submitted at the time of delivery). 23 80 mm x 1.5ft long CIDF Short Piece 24 80 mm dia G.I plain Tee 25 80 mm x 1.5 ft long G.I Short Piece 26 80 mm dia M.S Flange 27 Rubber Gasket 28 5/8 x 100 mm long bolt with nut 29 Installation of pumping machinery with valves, pipe & pipe specials, sort piece, presurre gauge including hoisting of column pipe making all electrical and water line interconnection complete as per direction including supply of necessary materials as required for the work. 30 Supply and delivery of following at site 31 Fully automatic star deltastarterwith overload relay (range 13.2 - 20) protection. [Make : BCH / Siemens/ Approved make. ] 32 63 amp. 440 V, 50 Hz. TPN Main switch with rewireable type fuse link (Make: Havells / Standard) 33 100 amp. 440 V, 50 Hz. TPN Main switch with rewireable type porcelein fuse unit (Make: Havells/ Standard) 34 100 Amp 4 pole MCCB with adjustable overload and adjacent short circuit protection .
