M&L Preparion of new wall surface & applying 12 mm thick plaster of 1:4 cement mortar,rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M & L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) binder content of 4% by weight of total mix.

M & L for Preparing surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. as directed by EIC/WIC, priming surface (M&L) applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer at 1 kg per Sq. metre, M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen binder) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller to required camber and gradient complete in all respect. All as per specifications MES SSR part-I & Part-II.

M&L for preparation of Road surface & applying retro-reflective thermoplastic road marking white paint on road minimum 2.5 mm thick and 100 mm width confirming to IRC-35-1997 and BS EN 1871 & 1436.
