| 2 | Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 100 kVA diesel generator set with 2 years warranty (as per latest CPCB-IV compliance) comprises of following requirements. (i) 01 No. alternator suitable for generating 100 kVA, 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF, 1500 RPM, self ventilated, self regulated, self excited with brushless type conforming to IS 4722, radiator cooled, class-H insulation for windings, performance class of G3 and alternator design as per IEC-60034.(ii) 4 cylinder engine, inline CRDi , 4 stroke, turbo charged diesel engine developing suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above alternator and complete with all accessories such as base frame, AVM Pads, battery, all types of filters, coupling, starter, residential silencer, lightning arrestor spike, automatic electronic speed governing mechanism,control panel, compact radiatoretc. and conforming to relevant IS with up to date amendments as specified and as required. (iii) 1 No.fuel tank of capacitynot less than 200 ltrs. drawout type or as per OEM for easy maintenance to beprovided inside the Genset.(iv) Genset with powder coated control panel of advanced microprocessor based controller with display indications, bus bar section, MCCB protection etc., |
| 3 | (v) Customised compact modular type acoustic enclosure suitable for the above DG set to limit the noise Level to 75 dB (A) at a distance of 1 mtr., from the enclosure , having insertion loss of standard accoustic enclosure and exhaust muffler with 25 dB (A) , made out of CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thickness for the outside cover and doors, 0.5 mm thick perforated GI sheet for inside cover, louvers of thickness 1.6 mm CRCA sheet for fresh air and hot air, pretreatment process and UV resistent powder coating of all the parts, neoprene rubber gasket and heavy duty stainless steel locks & hinges.(vi) Acoustic lining made up of high quality rock wool/glass wool/ mineral wool confined to IS-8183 with aluminum cladding, base frame of suitable size channel, provision to accommodate batteries, and support for silencers,provided with 2 Nos. LED fittings and switches and enclosure with high temperature safety device etc., as required. |
| 4 | (vii) Exhaust gas pipingfor above DG of suitable dia. welded black MS B-class pipe confirming to IS:3589 cut to required lengths (Minimium of 10 Mtrs) and installed with necessary bends and clamps, bellows anti-vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool/ rockwool, 50 mm thick wire mesh & aluminium cladding of 0.6mm thick and provision of suitable exhaust pipe supporting arrangement as per site requirement etc., as required as per specifications.(viii) 1.25 mm thick G.S.S square/rectangular ducting to be fabricated for dissipation of hot air to outside, complete with gaskets, elbows, splitters, vanes, supports, etc as required as per specifications.(ix) DEF tank of suitable capacity to be provided for meeting the emission norms.(x) Complaint to latest emission norms of MoEF/CPCB (i.e., CPCB-IV & Emission Compliant) as specified and as required. (xi) Laying of control cable from AMF panel to DG set, earthing connections, interconnections and adjustment in the chequered plate for cable termination, necessary modifications at site etc., including dismantling of old DG set (of capacity 160kVA ) and shifting the same to location designated by AAI complete as required.
