| 5 | Cleaning the loose particles,dust, oily/greasy materials,bitumen dippings,sealants etc. on the road surface/floor at different levels withbroom / wire brush & water washing, air compressor etc.with all charges as per departmental instructions. |
| 6 | Providing form work to RCC / CC works with necessary wooden planks, joists, runners, struts, posts etc. including removal after completion/ curing for foundation footings, machine equipment foundations and pedastals over foundation footings, sides of trench walls, plinth beams and rafts, pile caps and mass concrete works etc.at all levels inside factory area. |

| 8 | Providing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with MS or deformed bars including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with tying wire of suitable gauge etc.complete.( Only Reinforcement Rods will be issued free of cost by the company ) |
| 9 | Supplying of latex based multipurpose polymer SikaLatex® Power of Sika / Nitobond® SBR(Latex) of FOSROC or equivalent for adding to mortar at site. |
| 10 | RCC or CC work 1:2:4 mix, using 20mm nominal size broken stone excluding cost of form work and reinforcement. |
| 11 | Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick, one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels. |
| 12 | Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-20 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using fly ash and cement content as per approved design mix, and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer in - charge. NOTE- (1) Minimum Cement content shall be @ 300 kg/cum. Excess cement used as per design mix is payable separately. \"(2) Fly ash conforming to grade I of IS 3812 (Part-1) only be used as part replacement of OPC as per IS: 456. Uniform blending with cement to be ensured in accordance with clauses 5.2 and 5.2.1 of IS:456 in the items of BMC and RMC. |

| 15 | Providing & laying 10 mm thick Heavy dutyacid/alkali resistant vitrified industrial tiles of size 300 x 300 mm or nearest size conforming to IS 4457, of approved make( Johnson enduraor equivalent ), in all colours & shades , laid on 20mm thk cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 M.sand ), including grouting the joints of width 3 mm- 5mm , using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade ( 0.10 kg of hardener & 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 17 | Cleaning the structural / other surface neatly at all heights, manually with suitable tools or with high pressure water jet spray (using suitable machanical means), and scraping if required, to remove the whole accumulated dust, rust, dirt etc. as per departmental instructions. |
| 18 | Painting two coats of single pack, lead free, acid and alkali resistant black bituminous paint of approved quality confirming to IS: 9862 after removing the loose materials, dust, oil, grease and cleaning the surface etc. carefully without damaging the surface including cost of paint materials, labour charges etc. complete as per departmental instructions at site. |
