| 7 | c) Coating of \"Epoxy\" Resin of thickness not less than 160 micron with a low viscosity, crystallization-resistant epoxy resin base with a reactive diluents combined with high build epoxy amine adducts as per BS 5493 standard and a polyamide or amido polyamine or any other suitable hardener. It shall react with epoxy resin at normal ambient temperature, suitable for solvent-free coatings as per recommended proportion for use on metal, concrete and wood surface to protect from corrosion as well as damage from chemical reaction after making the surface free from dust, oil and moisture etc. all complete as per instruction and to the satisfaction of EICfor outer surface of MS water supply pipe |

Epoxy\" Resin of thickness not less than 240 micron with a low viscosity, crystallization resistant food grade epoxy resin base with a reactive diluents combined with high build epoxy amine adducts as per BS 5493 standard and a polyamide or amido polyamine or any other suitable hardener. It shall react with epoxy resin at normal ambient temperature, suitable for solvent-free coatings as per recommended proportion for use on metal, concrete and wood surface to protect from corrosion, give anti-fungal properties,as per guide line of FDA and USDA as well as damage from chemical reaction after making the surface free from dust, oil and moisture etc. all complete as per instruction and to the satisfaction of EIC for inner surface of MS water supply pipe |
| 9 | e) Derusting, Brushing, Cleaning and Smoothening thoroughly the inner surface and outer surface of M.S. water main pipeby sand blasting as per specification, and direction of the EIC including cost of all labour and materials, complete. |
| 10 | f) Painting of Inner & Outer surface of Casing pipe with ready mixed Black Japan of approved make and brand including smoothening surface, all complete. |
| 11 | g) Construction of suitable driving pit and reception pit as per direction & satisfaction of EIC. |
| 12 | h) Necessary shoring, dewatering and removing excess slurry / earth from the premises including guarding, lighting arrangements & traffic control during execution of work, as per direction & satisfaction ofEIC |
| 13 | i) Mobilisation charges oftools & plants, and all materials. |
| 14 | j) Any other incidental items necessary for execution and completion of the work. |
