    Tender Details

    Tender For Providing Gds Work At Cipla Second Floor Instrument Lab No. Cf303 At User Pune. Supply, installation, testing , commissioning of Gas Distribution System for Laboratory Gases in SS 304 seamless tube. All Joints shall be compression fittted ferrule type fittings of approved makes. System shall be tested and handed over at 10 bar pressure test till Manfbld, All components up to manifold system of Gas Bank System shall be tested at minimum 150 bar and Leak free , full functional GDS system shall be handed over to USER PUNE . Quoted rate shall be including all necessary fittings, tools , tackles , bending tool, welding machine , GST , lead , lift etc and all necessary equipments required at site. Agency shall submit PN & ID and obtain approval of Engineer In-Charge before taking-up GDS works Wall marking shall be done showing GDS route actal at site and approval on profile making shall be obtained before fixing of tubes. System shall be guaranteed for 1 year for leakage and fittings , comprehensive guarantee of complete system shall be submitted on Rupees Five hundred bond paper with free replacement of defective components to USER PUNE. Actual components listed below installed at site shall be measured for payments Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly LABORATORY GAS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM Manual Change Over System with Workshop Fabricated Manifold Manifold Block with mounting bracket: Fabricated Type in SS 304 of size 1/4 inches System.
