Tender For Patch Repair Work At Vr Roads Of Block Jewar In District Gautambudhnagar - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification (Grading-3) including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P,royality, Labour cess, all taxes complete. But excluding GST. As per Technical Specification Clause 405. 2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular/Bituminous surfaces treated with primer & cleaned as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST. 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per MORD specifiction clause 508. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P,royality , all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST. 4 Cleaning the the premix surface and laying Type B seal coat with approved Crushed sand or grit as passing 2.36mm sieve anad retained on 180 micron sieve and including mixing with bitumen VG-10 @ 0.65 kg/sqm. Either in mixure, hand drum I/C cartage of material, bitumen including the cost of material, labour cess and taxes for proper completion of the work as per MORD Technical Specificationclause 510 Including cost of, all material, Bitumen,labour, T&P,royality, all taxes and labour cess complete.
