Service rendersby oneresource along with necessary tools and tackles up to 8 Hours will be traeted as ( One )JOB for payment purpose. 19 INTERIOR FINISHING : 20 Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade having vocal organic compound content less than 50 grams per liter of approved brand and manufacture including applying additional coat wherever required to achieve even shade and color including applying water thinnable priming coats with primer. all complete as per direction of EIC.[Two coats] 21 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gram/liter of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturers specification : 22 One or more coats 23 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 24 Epoxy Paint in Two Coat: Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete on Steel/concrete surface all complete as per direction of EIC. 25 EXTERIOR FINISHING : 26 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:(of approved brand as per instruction of EIC/SIC) (i) Main Surface :Morning Dream / Celestial Sun(ii) Projections / Patta : Terracotta-N/ Rust Red . 27 (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43ltr/10sqmover and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) 28 Painting with synthetic enamel paint including priming coat of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 29 One or more coats 30 Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Note: 1) Measurement for All paint work on chain link fencing will be taken by multiplying the length and height of the painted area.2) For measurement purpose one side area will be considered, however painting should be done on the both side of chain link fencing. 31 Two or more coats on new work 32 Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture.(per letter per cm height) 33 REPAIRS TO BUILDING : 34 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to dumping ground, within 100 metres lead all complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 35 With cement mortar 1:4 36 Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface including disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 37 For door/ window/ clerestory window 38 WATERPROOFING : 39 Demolishing,Removal,Chasing out crack: Demolishing, Removing and Chasing out the long distinguished cracks, Brickbat coba/PCC (thickness - 100mm to 150mm) of roof surface as per site condition by manually/ mechanical means including disposal of material out of premises or as per direction. The damaged area should be filled and repaired with non-shrinkable cement based grout GP/polymer mortar/PCC with water proofing compound of approved make (Cico/Pidilite/Asian/Sika/Fosroc/BASF/Berger Home Shield/Nerolac Perma), and firmly ensuring it adheres to the required surface level in all respect, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 40 Injection Grouting with non-shrinkable: Injection Grouting, with non-shrinkable waterproofing polymer cement based grout, (of make Cico/Pidilite/Asian/Sika/Fosroc/BASF/Berger Home Shield/Nerolac Perma) on the surface with the nozzles applied with a pressure of 5Kg/cm2 by drilling and making suitable holes as per the site requirement and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 41 WATERPROOFING treatment with PU:(1) Surface preparation of roof and parapet wall prior to waterproofing application as per detailed technical specification/scope of work, application with only polyether based polyurethane (PU) primer waterproofing liquid membrane, in three coats consisting of a primer adhesion coat and two sealing coats.(2) Providing and applying one coat of Polyether based polyurethane (PU) primer waterproofing liquid membrane, consisting of 2 components resin+ hardener mix in equal ratio 1:1, of approved make (Cico/Pidilite/Asian/Sika/Fosroc/BASF/Berger Home Shield/Nerolac Perma) as per product specification. (3) Providing and applying first coat of PU based waterproofing liquid membrane water proofing of approved make Cico/Pidilite/Asian/Sika/Fosroc/BASF/Berger Home Shield/Nerolac Perma) as per product specification..(4) Providing and fixing of corner joint tape of approved make (Cico/Pidilite/Asian/Sika/Fosroc/BASF/Berger Home Shield/Nerolac Perma) as per product specification.(5) Providing and applying second coat of PU based waterproofing liquid membrane of approved make (Cico/Pidilite/Asian/Sika/Fosroc/BASF/Berger Home Shield/Nerolac Perma) and perpendicular( i.e. 1 Horizontal & 1 Vertical) to first coat as per product specification, Minimum elongation of 350 - 600% of cured surface. The coating shall be applied at a minimum consumption of 1.5 kg/sqm in three coats, complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in charge complete in all respect including parapet wall and as per direction of Engineer-in-chargeNote: All the above-mentioned products must be of same make. E.g:- Primer + PU based liquid membrane of Waterproofing coat must be of same brand. 42 WATERPROOFING treatment with Acrylic:(1) Surface preparation of roof and parapet wall prior to waterproofing application as per detailed technical specification/ scope of work, application with acrylic based polymer cementitious compound, in three coats consisting of a primer adhesion coat and two sealing coats.(2) Providing and applying one coat of Acrylic based polymer compound primer of approved make (Cico/Pidilite/Asian/Sika/Fosroc/BASF/Berger Home Shield/Nerolac Perma) with cement in the ratio 1 (Cement) : 1 (Polymer Chemical) or as per product specification.(3) Providing and applying first coat of acrylic based polymer cementitiouswater proofing compound of approved make Cico/Pidilite/Asian/Sika/Fosroc/Berger Home Shield/Nerolac Perma) as per product specification..(4) Providing and fixing of corner joint tape of approved make (Cico/Pidilite/Asian/Sika/Fosroc/BASF/Berger Home Shield/Nerolac Perma) as per product specification.(5) Providing and applying second coat of acrylic based polymer cementitious compound of approved make (Cico/Pidilite/Asian/Sika/Fosroc/BASF/Berger Home Shield/Nerolac Perma) and perpendicular (i.e. 1 Horizontal & 1 Vertical) to the first coat as per product specification, Minimum elongation of 70% - 75% of cured surface, with mix ratio 2.5 : 1 (Cement : Polymer Compound). The coating shall be applied at a minimum consumption of 1.5 kg/sqm in three coats, complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.Note: All the above-mentioned products must be of same make. E.g. Primer+ acrylic based polymer of Waterproofing coat must be of same brand. 43 Providing Laying 45 GSM Fibreglass Mesh:Providing & Laying a 45 GSM Fibreglass Mesh as a reinforcing material at all corner joints along the roof and parapet wall and all required roof terrace, as per direction of Engineer-in charge.
