SITC of 30 KVA UPS including Battery Bank of minimum 28800 VAH for each UPS (SMF Battery) 12 Volt Three phase Input / Three phase Output, inbuilt Isolation Transformer, static by pass arrangement, compatible with D.G. Set, DSP controlled IGBT based rectifier with minimum 90% efficiency on 100% Load. The UPS shall be provided with active input P.F. Correction system to obtain 0.9 lag at 100% resistive Load, Wave form - Pure line wave. It Should be capable of operating in 50’c above ambient temperature, Built in Solid State float cum boost charger with automatic boost / trickel charge mode with current Limiting features. The charger should be designed for at least 15% of the total battery current. The UPS Should have current limiting protection, built in over load / Short circuit protection with snubber circuits for current limit. Soft start arrangement, Over voltage / under voltage protection, mains ON, Inverter ON/ OFF/ FAULTY/ TRIP (Reason), Charger ON/ FAULTY or TRIP, Battery Low, Static by-pass ON, Over temperature. Battery set Complete with self-standing cubicle or cabinet. The UPS should have external automatic load transfer switch for parallel operation.(2 nos in parallel)/ paralleing kit and suitable size battery rack.(UPS Make: APC-Schneider Electric / NUMERIC/ Delta / VERTIV)

Regulated Sealed Lead Acid Battery End Point Discharge Voltage should not less than 1.75V/Cell, Construction type : AGM or VRSLAB in ABS Flame Retardant Rating, 28080 VAH (for each UPS) (12V, SMF Battery) Back up time 30 Min at full load.Warranty : Two years on UPS and two Years on SMF Battery on site against any manufacturing defects. The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/ submission of bill.If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
