| 67 | Notes :-(a) NOC from Municipality : The successful tenderer shall be required to submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the relevant Municipality office prior to the formal acceptance of their tender. Failure to provide the NOC within the stipulated timeframe may result in the rejection of the tender.(b)Sewage Waste Disposal :All sewage waste generated during the execution of work shall be deposited in the municipal land designated for this purpose by the Municipal Department.(c) Certificate of Disposal : While submitting each Running Account Receipt (RAR) for payment, the tenderer shall also submit a certificate from the Municipal Department confirming the proper disposal of sewagewaste in the designated municipal land for the corresponding period.(d) Recovery for Non-Compliance: In the event of failure to submit the required certificate of proper sewage waste disposal along with the RA receipt, a recovery charge of Rs 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) per trip will be deducted from the due payments. |
