Tender For Rfp For The Selection Of An Agency For Sitc Of Rcc Hume Pipe At Sandhya Sarover Civil Line Ayodhya U.P. - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift, as directed by Engineer-incharge 3 Granular Sub-Base with Close Graded Material (Table: 400-1) Constructionof granularsud-baseby providingclose graded material,spreadinginuniformlayerswithmotorgraderon prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compactingwithvibratoryrollerto achievethe desireddensity,completeasperclause401.ForGrading- material (By Mix in Place Method). 4 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means includingdisposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -incharge . Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix) 5 Supplying and filling sand under floors, including watering,ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 6 Compaction of earth work after laying of Hume pipe in embankment under optimum moisture conditions to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density 7 Providing and layingof 750mm dia NP-3 spigotR.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 8 Providing PCC Work 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 9 Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. 5.33.1 All works upto plinth level5.33.1.2 Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg/cum (The pipe joint allround cover,precast of chmber coverquantity already included) 10 Providing & fixing of 10mm Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.10mm dia steel in 200x200mm specing all chamber should be made with double jal including bottam,top & inpection chambor.
