Tender For Link Road In Village Haldi (From Ramjass House To Sureshs House) From Pwd Road To Bind (Mallah) Colony. (With 05 Year Maintenance Period) - Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil loam clay or sand i/c lift up 1.5 m and lead up to 30 mtr including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches (SI 251). 2 WBM Grading - III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 Kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Technical Specification Clause 405 3 Concrete with 4 cm gauge Brickballast Finesand of 2.25 FM and cement in proportion of 1:6:12 in foundation and under floors i/c supply of all materials, labour and T& etc required for proper completion of the work (SI ). 4 M 150 class brickwork in cement and six Coarse Sand (1:6) mortar in foundation and plinth i/c supply of all materials, labour and T& etc required for proper completion of the work (SI 303+ coarse sand difference) (303) 5 Cement concrete with 20/10 mm gauge approved stone grit coarse sand 2.5 fm and cement proportion of M20 (1:1.5:3) including supply of all materials labour and T&P required for proper completion of work(Road Slab) 6 Supply and laying of 125 micron pllythene sheet including supply of all material labour and t&p etc complete required for proper completion of works. 7 Supply and laying Glass Strips 3.15-3.50 mm thick plain glass in joints of c.c road including supply of all materials labour and t&p etc.(10X6 cm) 8 S/F of signboard as per direction of engineer in charge 9 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for1 st year maintenance cost @ 0.0 % 10 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for2nd year maintenance cost @ 0.25 % 11 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for3rd year maintenance cost @ 0.50 % 12 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for4thyear maintenance cost @ 0.75 % 13 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for5thyear maintenance cost @ 1.00 %
