Confirming To Is 11201-1985. Material Composition:- I) Carbon3.2% To 3.6% Ii) Magneese2.2 % To 3.2% Iii) Silcon1.2% To 2.2% Iv) Phosphorous 0.5% Maximum. V) Sulphur 0.15% Max. Duly Machined And Grooved As Per Drg No. …….. The Checking Of Crack/Defect Of Shaft Has Todone With Ultrasonic Testingof The Shaft Before Casting Ofeach Roller And Same Ultrasonic Test Report Of The Shaft Has Also To Be Sent To Pawal Sugar Mill.
