Complete fitting of new bottom plate with mud boot of Compartment No.1(Bottom compartment) of 16mm thick MS plate at 100mm above the old bottom plate as per original existing degree of angle and segments fitting of mud seal, mud scrapper & arms and givingsuccessful and leak proof trial before start of the crushing season after completion ofabove jobs in all respect. M.S. plate, M.S. Angle & consumable items will be provided by factory. (After completion of work the scrape will be shifted to scrape yard by Bidder)After completion of the plate replacement work,filling of mixed concrete in the gap(approximate 100mm width in whole dia)between old bottom plate and new bottom plate.

Complete replacement of shell plate of clarifier 36’ diafrom bottom to 10’ height from bottom with new M.S. plate of 12mm thickness as per existing original. M.S. plate, Angle & consumable items will be provided by factory. (After completion of work the scrape will be shifted in scrape yard)

Checking of Central shaft/ mud scrapper drive of 36’ dia clarifier after dismantling worm wheel and all accessories. After checking the central shaft fitting of new mud seal and mud scrapper with arms, Re-assembling the drive & shaft and giving successful trial.(After completion of work the scrape will be shifted in scrape yard)
