    Fabrication Erection Job-Replacement of 50% lower portion of juice well tank installed in mill house by using MS plate and welding along with completion of all connections and removal of worn out material to scrap yard of mill.Replacement of juice tray below TRPF roller, dismantling of weakened/corroded juice tray, manufacturing of new juice tray using 5/6/8 mm., MS plate and angle of size 30x30x6 mm.Replacement of bath maceration boots along with side juice box of rack elevator installed in mill house - dismantling of bath maceration boots along with weakened/corroded side juice box, manufacturing of new one using 12 mm., MS plate as per status and giving satisfactory water trial. Welding will be done if required. Replacing weak/corroded sprocket drum of rake carrier chain drive Dismantling the weak/corroded drums Manufacture and install new drums using 8/10 mm, MS plate as per the situation.Repairing of weak/corroded pusher roller Manufacture and fit bagasse blower casing as per the situation.Replacing weak/corroded casing of DSM screen Dismantle the weak/corroded casing Manufacture and install new casing using 8/6 mm, MS plate.Replacing juice screw conveyor scroll Dismantle the weak/corroded scroll using 6 mm, MS plate as per the situation. Manufacture of new scrolls from 8 inch pipe by plate and give satisfactory trial (about 16 nos.)Removal of old corroded trough of screw conveyor installed in the mill and in its place manufacture of new trough from 8/12/25 mm MS plate, fit screw conveyor and give successful trial.Manufacture of new juice screw conveyor for mill- Manufacture of new trough from 8/12/25 mm, MS plate and manufacture of scroll as per status using 6 mm MS plate and 8 inch MS pipe and give satisfactory trial etc
