Tender For Road construction work from Churamanpur (Tapobhoomi) to Jaikali Harihan farm to Mangaru and Lalaji farm - Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings of girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of suchtrees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 2 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained fron borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 mtr, spreading ,grading to required slope and compacting to meetrequirement ofTables 300.1 and 300.2 3 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader/ tractor mounted appropriate equipment on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smooth MORD Specifications 401 (A) 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, MORD Specifications 405.2 (A) (WBM Grade -2) 5 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, a MORD Specifications 405.3 (A) (WBM Grade-3) 6 Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick onedging according to lines, graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolling as per Technical Specification Clause 412 7 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (i) 8 Providing and applying tack coat with Emulsion VG-10 Gradeusing bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.(iii) 9 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 10 Providing and laying seal coat by Mechanical means means with VG-10 Grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per technical specification clause 510 case 3 11 Providing & Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area. Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015. the finished surface to the level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. 12 Construction of 450mm dia NP3 Hume Pipe Culvert 13 Providing & fixing Km.
