Brass angle valve 15 mm 33 White plastic seat (solid) with lid C.P. brass hinges and rubber buffers 34 Portland Cement (OPC-43 Grade) 35 Stone Aggregate (Single size) : 20 mm nominal size 36 Coarse sand (zone III) 37 Stainless Steel grating of size 100mm 38 Attending various complaints pertains to MASON (Skilled) like repairing of floors, walls, plaster, ceilling, grading on roof, brick edging, making repairs of holes thereof, masonry jobs in laying of pipes, w.c. pans etc. complete as per the directions of EngineerIn chargeAll works is to be attended during 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Proper uniform and all tools and machines or any other item required to work mason will be provided by contractor to outsourced staff and nothing will be paid extra on this account. 39 Attending various complaints pertains to Carpenter (Skilled) for attending various Carpenter related complaints like adjusting door closer, easing out of doors/ windows/ ventillators, fixing of fittings & Fixtures of doors/ windows/ ventillators and repairs of wooden partitions, doors, windowsetc.complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge. All work is to be attended during 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM by Carpenter in proper uniform which will be provided by contractor. Necessary T&P shall be provided by the contractor. (Nothing will be paid extra on account of uniform or T & P which will be provided by contractor). 40 Attending various complaints pertains to PLUMBER (Skilled) like fixing of water supply related fitting, sanitary related pipes and fittings, flush valve and fittings, connecting geysers, pillar cocks, stop cocks, bib cocks, pipes, waste pipes, flush pipes, cisterns, w.c pans, mixer of all kinds, showers and all other such fittings etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. All works is to be attended during 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM or as directed time period in proper uniform which will be provided by contractor. Necessary T & P shall be provided by the contractor. (Nothing will be paid extra on account of uniform or T & P which will be provided by contractor). 41 Attending various jobs pertains to SEWER MAN (semi skilled) like opening and cleaning of gully traps, road gully chamber, water closets, floor traps, wash basins, kitchen sinks including the vertical stacks, rain water pipes etc. cleaning with acid/biodegradable chemical/detergent whenever required as per satisfaction of occupant/ Engineer in charge etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. All work is to be attended during 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM or as directed time period in proper uniform, necessary T & P like khappachi, roap, spade mask with oxygen cylender life saving belt etc. shall be provided by the contractor. Necessary T & P shall be provided by the contractor. (Nothing will be paid extra on account of uniform or T & P which will be provided by contractor). 42 Providing services of peon (unskilled) having education qualification non-matriculates for subdivision office. All Work is to be attended during 9.00 amd to 5.00 pm or as directed time period in proper uniform as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Nothing will be paid extra on account of uniform which will be provided by contractor). 43 Carrying out of welding work by engaging one welder with welding machine and necessary equipment for welding (welding machine, welding rod, cutting wheels and required material if required) including necessary finishing all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
