Clamp 80 mm dia 2 (b) M.S Clamp 100 mm dia 3 (c) M.S Clamp 125 mm dia. 4 (d) M.S Clamp 200 mm dia. 5 Repairing/overhauling of drainage de-watering/sewerage submersible pump set of 20HP/25HP three phase 415 Volt AC supply Modi/KSB or equivalent and replacement of damaged mechanical parts. 1. Mechanical seal upper and lower.2. Ball baring upper and lower. 3. Oring sets 4. Pump shaft welding, turning, grinding.5. Missing hardware, packing etc.6. Oil 6 Litres,7. Cable grommet.8. Labour charges for dismantling and reassembling the motor at shop. as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 6 Providing & fixing CI Foot valve of Kirloskar / Bendco make complete with CI hose nipple at the end of suction side of Diesel engine pump set as per direction of engineer-in-charge. (a) 80mm dia. 7 (b) 100mm dia. 8 Providing and fixing Tyre & Tube of 8 ply size 6.00.16 as per IS Code 15636 of Appolo/MRF or equivalent make as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 9 Providing, fixing and laying finolex/Plaza/Havells make PVC insulated PVC Sheathed copper conductor water proof cable as per IS: 694 of size 6 sq mm, 3 core 240 volt. 10 Repairing /Servicing/Overhauling of existing DG Set having capacity 62.5 KVAincluding providing battery, engin oil replacing, check nuts, bolts and wiring etc. all complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 11 Providing of 1.5kg flexible& heavy base safety cone with provision for fixing plastic chain or caution tap and also with high reflective sleeve, complete all as per direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Providing of caution tape 90 mm, wide, 400 micron thick made up of P.V.C. sheet and printed with word caution and danger in red colour reflecting paint at every cm and three include strip between two adjacement word complete in all respect as per approved sample and upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 13 Providing of Multipurpose Reusable Heavy-Duty Latex Rubber Hand Gloves and totally water proof as per sample approved by Engineer-in-charge. 14 Providing of Iron hook of length 600mm approx made of 14mm round bar with handle at one end etccomplete to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. 15 Providing and fixing PVC suction hose heavy duty of size 75 mm (3 dia) working pressure 8 Kg/cm2. Excellent resistant to high pressure, chemicals, acids and alkalis jyoti or similar superior make as per direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. 16 Providing and fixing PVC suction hose heavy duty of size 100 mm (4 dia) working pressure 8 Kg/cm2. Excellent resistant to high pressure, chemicals, acids and alkalis jyoti or similar superior make as per direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. 17 Providing of Canvas Cotton Hose Pipe of size 75mm dia, Light weight and highly durable made from a special blend of cotton and synthetic yarn with high abrasion and heat resistance, thick fabric reinforcement bonded by a special adhesive with rubber inner liningwith suitable rubber compound to gives flexibility and durability as per entire and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 18 Providing of Canvas Cotton Hose Pipe of size 100mm dia, Light weight and highly durable made from a special blend of cotton and synthetic yarn with high abrasion and heat resistance, thick fabric reinforcement bonded by a special adhesive with rubber inner liningwith suitable rubber compound to gives flexibility and durability as per entire and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 19 Providing of Canvas Cotton Hose Pipe of size 150mm dia, Light weight and highly durable made from a special blend of cotton and synthetic yarn with high abrasion and heat resistance, thick fabric reinforcement bonded by a special adhesive with rubber inner liningwith suitable rubber compound to gives flexibility and durability as per entire and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 20 Servicing and over hauling of 12 hp diesel engine operated pump sets mounted on trolley including providing and fixing necessary spare parts like Engine Oil, Packing Kit Gear Oil, pressure pipe air, oil filter silencer servicing and minor repairs of 12 HP Diesel Engine Pump set complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 21 Servicing and over hauling of 6 hp diesel engine operated pump sets mounted on trolley including providing and fixing necessary spare parts like Engine Oil, Packing Kit Gear Oil, pressure pipe air, oil filter silencer servicing and minor repairs of 6 HP Diesel Engine Pump set complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 22 Servicing and over hauling of 3 hp diesel engine operated pump sets mounted on trolley including providing and fixing necessary spare parts like Engine Oil, Packing Kit Gear Oil, pressure pipe air, oil filter silencer servicing and minor repairs of 3 HP Diesel Engine Pump set complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 23 Rewinding of electric sewerage/dewatering pump of 3.00 HP single phase with all accessories like bearing, condenser etc. as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 24 Rewinding of electric sewerage/dewatering pump of 1.00 HP single phase with all accessories like bearing, condenser etc. as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 25 Providing the following items(a) Jointer 125 mm dia 26 Providing the following items(b) Jointer 150 mm dia 27 Providing the following items(c) Jointer 200 mm dia
