| 3 | Providing laying spreading and compacting by mechanical means graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification as per Table 400.12 including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plantcarriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paverin sub-base/ base course on a well prepared surfaceand compacting with vibratory rollerto achieve the desired density including lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion, etcetera as per MORT&H technical specificationclause 406 and as per directions of Engineer- in- Chargeby mechanical means including entire carriage of material in all leads , lifts. and other incidentals . | 4 | Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm (zero point seven zero - one point zero kilogram per squaremeter) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (five hundred two ).Including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. | 5 | Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1)using emulsiondistributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg/sqm (zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram per square meter ) on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (five hundred three). Including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
