Dte., Dist.- Purba Bardhaman- 1 Supply and delivery of the following materials at site: 2 20 W 4 ft long LED tube light set (Make Philips / Havells/other approved make) 3 20 W 2ft long LED tube light set (Make-Philips /Havells/other approved make) 4 9 W LED Bulb(Make-Philips/Havells/other approved make) 5 50 W LED Bulb(Make-Philips/Havells/other approved make) 6 Holder(approved make) 7 Regulator(approved make) 8 6 Module modular plate(approved make) 9 6 amp modular switch(approved make) 10 500 mm sweep pedastal fan(Make-crompton / Havells/other approved make) 11 400 mm sweep wall fan(Make-crompton/Havells/other approved make) 12 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan(Make-crompton / Havells/other approved make) 13 45 W LED street light fixture(Make-Philips/Havells/other approved make) 14 100 W LED flood light with IP65 protection (Make-Philips/Havells/other approved make) 15 50 W LED flood light(Make-Philips/Havells/other approved make) 16 Charges for dismantling the damage unserviceable fixture from its existing position and fitting fixing of newly supplied materials after taking all precaution as per direction of EIC. 17 Supply and delivery of 10 sq. mm 2 core 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated Al. armoured Cable conforming to IS:7098 (Part-I) 2011 with upto date amendments. [Make- Gloster/ Mescab/ Currency/ Crystal/ Polycab/ PHED approved Make] 18 Charges for laying of above supplied cable in underground treanch by earth cutting and filling the same after completion of work as per direction of the EIC.(approx 35mtr) 19 Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint,as given below with ready mixed paint /primer of approved make,and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emerypaper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paintUpto 9.0 mtr. long pole 20 1st coat of aluminium paint over 1 coat of RO priming 21 2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat 22 Supply & delivery of moulded Chair as per directon of ElC. 23 Add.
