Tender For Special Repairs To 1670 Mt Capacity Temporary Plinth At Fsd Chalakudy Under Do Thrissur; 1 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. (DSR 2023 Item No.2.31) 2 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)(DSR 2023 Item No.7.1.1) 3 Supplying and filling in plinth withsand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.( Item No.2.27 of DSR 2023) 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete ofspecified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1 : 4 :8 ( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand ( Zone - III ) : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)(Item no 4.1.8 of DSR 2023) 5 Providing and laying C.C. Flooringof mix M-20 Cement concrete and hardening compound mixed @ 1 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturers specifications. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished with a floating coat ofneat cementetc. Andlongitudinal joints ( 6 mm wide x 25 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete as per specificationsand directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Analysed based on Item No.16.75 & 16.44,16.43.1) 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc ( Item No. 5.9.2of DSR 2023) 7 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)(Item no.13.1.2 of DSR 2023) 8 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth butexceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including gettingout and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, asdirected by Engineer-in- Charge: All kinds of soil(DSR 2023 Item no 2.1.1) 9 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close gradedMaterial conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanicalmix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers towork site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers ofspecified thickness with motor grader on prepared surfaceand compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per specifications and directionsof Engineer-in-Charge. 16.78.2 With material conforming toGrade-II (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30 (Item No.16.78.1 DSR 2023 ) 10 Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cementconcrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made byblock making machine with strong vibratory compaction, ofapproved size, design and shape, laid in required colour andpattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed ofcoarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc.. all completeas per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
