Refabrication / modificationby dismantling/ removal oftheexisting structural steel work such as gate/grill/railing etcas per specification and instruction of Engineer-In-Chargeall complete .This shall include cutting/welding of certain members, however welding of additional members will be paid seperately under respective items . Including applying primer on newly fabricated member or at welding joint. The payment shall be restricted to weight of members dismantled. The rate includes all labour, tools, tackles, consumables, etc. required for completion of work.(STRUCTRAL STEEL REQUIRED SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO\"S STORE)

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50metres lead.

Taking delivery of steel from NALCO\"s store or from the available scrap/dismantled materials, transport to fabrication shop, fabricating and applying one coat of approved protective paint,all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for all category ofStructral steelwork i.e. trusses, wind ties, purlins, portals, frame work, columns, girders, bracings, monorails etcincluding all necessary connections as per drawings specifications. (REQUIRED STRUCTURAL STEEL SECTIONS, PLATE ETC SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO\"S STORE)

Erection offabricated structural steelstructures true to level and alignment as per drawings and specifications and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge including making arrangements for transportationwhere ever required to erection site etc. all complete including all labour, tools, tackels, consumables etc.all heights.

Supply & fixing of Electro forged Galvanizedsteel Gratings for walk way of Rakes/ steps of staircase of required size including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position,made up of MS flats/ bars/ Tees/ Angles etc. of approved design as per direction of Engg-in-charge all complete. (All materials are to be suplied by Contractor)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture
