Loco To Be Sold Without 02 Numbers Dummy Bogies With All Fittings And 06 Nos. Wheel Sets With All Fittings. The Main Transformer Included For Sale Is Removed For Measurement Chamber And Is Kept At Shop Floor Of Ers/Poh Which Will Be Delivered From Ers/Poh. (All Other Salvageable Items Are Already Salvaged By The Custodian). Special Condition : 1) The Condemn Electric Loco Will Be Placed At Reclamation-Yard Siding In Front Of Rpf Post R-Yard Near Gate No-12 Ws/Kgp For Cutting And Loading Purpose After Sale. 2)Purchasers Are Requested To Inspect The Condemn Loco As Well As Specified Cutting Spot Before Bidding And Should Satisfy Himself About The Condition And Content Of The Materials As It Is Sold On As Is Where Is Basis. No Complain/Claims By The Purchaser Will Be Entrained In This Regard Post Sale. For Inspection Of Condemn Loco And Advance Program May Prepared In Consultation With Custodian. Necessary Co-Operation Will Be Provided By Custodian. 3) Cutting/Dismantling Of Material (Except Excluded Fitting) Are Allowed/Permitted For Loading And Delivery Purposes. 4) The Purchaser Has To Make His Own Arrangement Such As Tools, Lifting Equipments/Vehicle And Trained Men For Cutting And Dismantling The Components Of The Condemn Loco As Per Requirements. 5) The Accidental Loco To Be Sold Without 02 Nos Dummy Bogies And Without 06 Nos Wheel Sets And All Accessories Are To Be Handed Over At The Location As Specified By The Concerned Sse. 6) The Purchaser Is Required To Take Adequate Safety Measures So That No Railway Property In The Near Vicinity Of The Cutting Spot Is Damaged In Any Way. The Purchaser Will Be Held Responsible For Any Damage/ Fire Accident To The Railway Property Caused During Cutting Or Delivery. The Purchaser Will Be Solely Responsible For Any Loss Of Life (Rly Employee Or Any Other Person) Caused Due Any Activities Involve While Dismantling/Cutting/ Loading Of The Sold Loco. 7) It Is The Responsibility Of The Purchaser To Segregate And Remove The Unwanted And Leftover Scrap Before The Compliance Of The Lot. Purchaser Has To Keep The Cutting And Loading Spot Neat And Clean Otherwise He May Be Penalised By The Railway. 8) The Delivery Of Last 10 Percent Scrap Of Subject Lot Will Commence After All Excluded Fitting Are Handed Over To Custodian. 9) The Purchaser Has To Comply All Rules And Regulation Of Central Pollution Control Board Prevailing/Existing In The Cutting Spot During The Cutting And Dismantling Operation Of The Loco And Handling Of Any Hazardous Materials Mentioned By The Central Pollution Control Board, India 10) Delivery Will Be Given In Numbers.
