Specifications: Replacement of New Evaporator 2nd Body to Pan vapour line Size: Dia of Vapour line : 800mm Length : 22 meters Thickness: 12 mm Scope of work:1) Dismantle the existing damaged vapour line in the New Evaporator 2nd body, weighed and leading to scrap yard through our mill stores.2) Fabrication and erection of new vapour line as per the existing manner welding on both sides (2 layer).3)The approximate quantity of work will be around 6.50 MT.4)Two coat of red oxide paint is to be done.5)Hydro test is to be carried out to check the leakages.
