WORK OF MAJOR OVERHAULING AND REPAIRING OF 33 KV VACUUM CIRCUIT BREAKERS AT 132 KV SUBSTATION MAHOBA UNDER ETD HAMIRPUR=2 Major overhauling and repairing of following 33 KV VCB type circuit breaker at 132 KV S/S Mahoba :- 3 33 KV VCB STELMAC Make of 10 MVA -I FEEDER (Mfg Year - 2014) 4 33 KV VCB ABBMake of DIST HOSPITAL FEEDER (Mfg Year - 2009) 5 33 KV VCB ABB Make of SHREE NAGAR feeder(Mfg Year - 2016) 6 33 KV VCB ABB Make of PATHFEEDER(Mfg Year - 2016) 7 33 KV VCB Simence Make of 33 KV KIRAT SAGAR feeder(Mfg Year -2016 ) 8 33 KV VCB ABB Make of 40 MVA LV SIDE feeder(Mfg Year - 2004) 9 33 KV VCB OF SIMENCE OF 63 MVALVSIDEFEEDER (MFG YEAR -2009) 10 33 KV VCB OF SHREEMOF CAPACITOR BANKFEEDER (MFG YEAR -2013) 11 By doing following work in each circuit breaker :- 12 Cleaning of porcelain of drive insulator and porcelain of vacuum interrupter from inside and outside of each pole. 13 Checking & adjustement of snatch gap, travel of drive insulator rod & tie rod of each pole. 14 Opening, repairing of mechanism by welding, drilling, machning and filling of material as per requirement and proper fitting of it in breaker cubicle. 15 Oiling & greasing of crank gears by opening of lock circlip etc. 16 Replacement of worn out parts such as bush, rings, lock pins and latch etc. 17 Checking & adjustment of oil daspot of breaker for its damping action. 18 After major overhauling and repairing of above VCB, following tests are to be carried out :- 19 Opening & closing time of breaker of each pole. 20 Carrying out Contact Resistance Measurement (CRM test) of each pole. 21 Checking of megger values of breaker poles. 22 Checking triping of breaker at 70% DC voltage. 23 Checking the CLOSE/OPEN operation ofbreaker from REMOTE & LOCAL. 24 Prepare and submit the site ovehauling report of each breaker. 25 providing and fixing of Mechanically spring charging handle of 36kV VCB of ABB Make at 10MVA 2nd feeder,srinagar,charkhari and other VCB as per 26 Rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes. Taxes applicable if any to paid extra
